Home › UV Curing Machine
A UV curing machine hardens UV coatings with ultraviolet light as parts pass through on a conveyor. Lynvex UV curing furnaces are sized to your coating and line speed and can stand alone or close a spray line.

The range covers conveyor UV curing furnaces for line production, smaller UV units for bench and lab work, and rotary UV test machines for process trials. All share the same logic: lamp power and exposure time must match the coating's curing window at your belt speed.
| Type | Use |
|---|---|
| Conveyor UV curing furnace | Line production at steady speed |
| Small UV unit | Bench work, samples, low volume |
| Rotary UV test machine | Process trials and coating tests |
Send the coating name, its required curing conditions if the supplier states them, your part width and your line speed. Undersized lamp sections are the commonest cause of soft films; the configuration step checks lamp output against all four inputs.
This equipment is supplied with a 12-month warranty. Spare wear parts (guns, nozzles, filters, belts) are listed in the quotation so you can stock them at commissioning.
UV coating serves parts that need a hard, glossy, fast-cured finish: phone and appliance housings, cosmetic and personal-care packaging, plastic trim and similar moulded components. Because the film cures in seconds, UV lines suit high volumes and short lead times, and they remove the work-in-progress that conventional drying accumulates between spraying and packing.
The trade-off is discipline: UV coatings are a matched system of coating, lamp output and line speed. Changing coating supplier or colour can change the curing window, so the line's lamp section and speed range are specified with headroom for the coatings you name at inquiry stage.
Three points decide UV finish quality. Dust control before spraying, because a fast-cured glossy film displays every particle. Levelling time, because the film must flow before the lamps freeze it. And lamp condition, because UV output falls with lamp age long before a lamp fails — output checks belong in the maintenance routine, and spare lamps in the commissioning stock list.
If your coating is UV-curable, often yes. Send your current line layout and speeds for a check.
Send your part drawings, part size and output target. We will confirm the machine or line configuration and reply with a quotation.
