Dispensing applications

Component fixing, sealing beads, gasketing and potting preparation are the standard jobs. Valve choice follows your adhesive's viscosity and the dot or bead size you need; send the adhesive name and a board drawing showing the dispense paths.

Service and warranty

This equipment is supplied with a 12-month warranty. Spare wear parts (guns, nozzles, filters, belts) are listed in the quotation so you can stock them at commissioning.

Choosing a dispensing setup

Dispensing work is defined by the material and the path: adhesive viscosity decides the valve and feed arrangement, dot or bead size decides the nozzle, and the path layout decides how much of the cycle is motion versus dispensing. Two valves let the machine lay two materials, or a material and its activator, in one program without a changeover stop.

Accuracy in dispensing is a system result: the motion platform's running accuracy, the valve's response and the material's consistency all contribute. When you request a quote, name the adhesive, the smallest dot or bead and the boards or parts per hour — those three inputs size the machine honestly.

Running dispensing in production

Material handling decides uptime: adhesives have pot lives, so feed quantity and cleaning intervals follow the material, not the clock alone. Keep spare nozzles and seals at the machine, and freeze the dispense program under version control with a signed first-article part, the same discipline used for any frozen production program. Boards or parts that arrive with varying height need a consistent fixture datum, or dot placement drifts even on an accurate platform.

What to send for a configured quotation

  • Part drawings or photos, with the largest part size (L x W x H)
  • Coating type and finish requirements (colour, gloss, film thickness if specified)
  • Required output: parts per hour or per shift, and working hours per day
  • Destination country and local power supply (voltage / frequency)
  • Workshop space available for the machine or line, if a full line is planned

Buyer questions

Coating and dispensing on one platform?

The QF-TF family covers both duties with different valve setups; see the coating and dispensing category page for the comparison.

Not sure which configuration fits?

Send your part drawings, part size and output target. We will confirm the machine or line configuration and reply with a quotation.
